Peter J. Denker
Mr. Denker was born in 1936. He is a graduate of Duke University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering in 1959. Mr. Denker has over 40 years of investment management experience, first with Scudder, Stevens & Clark, and then as Chairman of Denker & Goodwin, a firm he co-founded in 1980. From 1990 to 2004 he served as Chairman of the Board of U.S. Trust Company of Texas, N.A. and from 2005 to 2006 he served as a Managing Director of U.S. Trust Company, N.A. Mr. Denker is a co-founder of Turtle Creek Management, LLC and currently serves as its Chairman and as a portfolio manager. In addition, he is a member of the Board of Directors of Turtle Creek Trust Company, a state-chartered trust company and an affiliate of Turtle Creek Management, LLC.
R. Kevin Hardage
Mr. Hardage was born in 1961. He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, having earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of Liberal Arts in 1983, and an M.B.A. from the Graduate School of Business in 1986. He received a J.D. degree from Southern Methodist University School of Law in 1989. From 1998 to 2002 he served as Vice President of Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. and manager of the firm's Dallas office. From 2002 to 2006 he served as a Vice President of U.S. Trust Company, N.A. and portfolio manager. Mr. Hardage is a co-founder of Turtle Creek Management, LLC and currently serves as its President and a portfolio manager. He serves as Chief Executive Officer of Turtle Creek Trust Company, a state-chartered trust company and an affiliate of Turtle Creek Management, LLC.
Philip C.W. Kistler
Mr. Kistler was born in 1966. He is a 1989 graduate of Trinity University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance from Southern Methodist University which he obtained in 1994. From 1994 to 1998 he served as a portfolio manager of Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. in the firm's New York and Dallas offices. From 1998 to 2006 he served as Senior Vice President of U. S. Trust Company, N.A. Mr. Kistler is a co-founder of Turtle Creek Management, LLC and currently serves as its Chief Executive Officer and as a portfolio manager. He serves as Executive Vice President of Turtle Creek Trust Company, a state-charted trust company and an affiliate of Turtle Creek Management, LLC.
R. Craig Knocke
Mr. Knocke was born in 1969. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University, having earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance in 1992. From 1992 to 1999 he served as a securities analyst at Salomon Brothers in New York. From 1999 to 2007 he was a portfolio manager at the Dallas office of Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. Mr. Knocke currently serves as Vice Chairman and portfolio manager of Turtle Creek Management, LLC. He is a principal of the firm and a member of the Board of Directors of Turtle Creek Trust Company, a state-chartered trust company and an affiliate of Turtle Creek Management, LLC.
